Parts not received. No service

Order part on 26/3. Paid on 26/3. Still waiting for my part. No answer on my e-mails online and otherwise no answer to my whatsups. You can't even get them by phone. If you do you don't get any answers. Rob said he will sort it for me. He went on leave or something. Sheldon do not answer his phone or his whatsups that gets deleted.
