PART SUPP**** INCORRECT ON WEBSITE

This company does not do ethical business...

When I ordered the part online and expected my order two days later as per terms stated on website i had to call them only to be told they did not receive payment.

I contacted the payment company and they assured me payment was done a per their records. Payment according to accounts at company was not reflecting.

Got fed up after two weeks and reversed payment via FNB and noted company with them.

So I decided to send my friend there with cash so he can collect and send to me via postnet. After 2 days i received a call regarding my online part availability and ETA. GREAT SERVICE!!

I ignored the bad service as the part listed on their website was available. The listing details was correct as per my car model and part looked similar so my friend collected the part and sent it off to me in Cape Town.

When the part arrived I noticed that the part did not fit correctly. after some research i discovered the the picture listed on website, same as part i received was not for SUZUKI ST90 F10a 1000cc but for SUZUKI FUTURA 1998 F13a 1300cc. There was also parts missing???

I sent an e-mail to my sales consultant within 7 day period but received not reply. On the 25th I phoned her and the walked to her manager`s office and after about 2 minutes she told me that he will contact me back.
