Paid for a part, part not delivered. I cannot get hold of them

I have paid for an online order on 28 July. I have received the payment confirmation email and then all went quiet. I have tried to call their tell numbers and whatsapp numbers as available on the websie(https://onlinecarparts.co.za/) but can't het hold of any person to speak to. I have sent emails to *** and *** but did not get any reply. I have spent R1250 and would like to get the product I have paid for or get my money back. Can anyone please advise what are the next steps or legal routes I can follow. Their business address looks like an abandoned building on google maps.
