Order Refund disaster

Worst customer service ever, I canceled my order while it was being processed expecting a refund. It's been almost 3 months now and still nothing.

Endless mails without feedback, telephone numbers not working and when you eventually get someone to assist you, the come with excuses whereby your issue will be escalated.

I would NOT recommend this company
