OnlineCarParts Refund Hassle

This is by far the worst online company i have ever brought an item for, the refund is impossible to get as there seems to be no one attending such matters, ordered on 25th feb cancelled 5th march because of their delayed courier services and not updating customers on courier progress, i dont even know why payflex does not ban this company from using their services because it gives payflex also a bad name as they not fighting for their customers its all business on their side too!!!
