Online parts doesn't deliver which they advertise on there add

On the 15 of April 2025 we order sliding bolts for rear carier on polo .Now today it is the 30 April 2025 not yet received and if you phone them the department ypu are calling is un reachable further more I have send whatsups e mail no response from their side .My son paid it online through pay gate and it looks to me we lost that money which is Un acceptable. Never ever will I buy from these online parts
