Online orders

I ordered a part on 3/1/25. Last week they phoned me and informed me the part is not available, and that they will refund me. Up to date, 29/1/25, no refund was received. When you phone them, it keeps on telling you the number dialed is not correct/mailbox is full. I sent emails, did not get 1 reply. They are just not reachable.
