Online Carparts - rather source somewhere else

At first I was very impressed with how quickly my R5600 order (placed 03/02/2023 10:34:27) was delivered to me, this was done without prior notice resulting in me having to pause a business meeting to receive my goods. It was rushed and the driver stated that he wasn't sure if everything was there but assured me we can sort it out, if not. The following day I managed to check the order and found two ordered parts missing and one incorrect part. I contacted Online Carparts and spoke to Exonerate, whom assured me that the missing items will be sent to me ASAP and that I can return the incorrect parts with the driver to be replaced. I did this and to this day 2023/04/18 it has not been sorted out. Numerous emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages later, and I am being ignored. The parts outstanding are worth R1887 and it seems like getting a refund will be an issue as well. Sitting with another R5500 in my cart, ready for purchase, I will most certainly not place the order or use this retailer again.
