Online car parts very unprofessional

Unprofessional and unorganized business

I have placed a order online, did immediate payemt and received confirmation that funds wheee received on their in.. Fast forward 1 week later still no delivery of purchase.. When I enquire I'm ignored by their customer service after a week of trying to get into contact I'm told that their is no stock of the purchased item and they don't know when stock will come

I find their working standards to be very unorganized and unprofessional

These delays could have been avoided with simple communication constant updates for parts in stock On their online websites
