Online car parts very poor service and no communication

I have ordered parts via the online website and part i needed stated in stock and Price R0.00...There was no ther way to enquire pricing. I placed the order and paid via the Paygate option. Thereafter an invoice was sent to me and the order status 'order in progress' was imp****... It stayed like this for 2 days and no one called me. I decided to call them and after numerous attemps they answered and transfered me to online department were a lady gave me an attitude saying i must now pay R198 per item in order for my order to be despatched and stated that they forgot to update they website. I told her that i cannot pay this and i need my order as soon as possible and call disconnected. I emailed them stating the they forgetting to update order is not my problem and i need my parts sent out as i paid for shipping. Its been a week now and my order is still in 'Processing status and no reponse from anyone. This is totally unacceptable!
