Online car parts unconfirmed order CSYDQOHUD?

I bought some products on their website on the 11th July and was never notified about my purchase except that I could see the order on the page. No email confirmation or anything. Ii have been calling then trying to inquire about the order but the lines are not working. I will never buy again from them. All I want now is my money back.
