Online car parts ****ty service
I'm truly disappointed in the way I've been treated by this company, it makes me wonder and question if the treatment I'm getting is based on the colour of my skin or perhaps the depth of my pocket.
I asked for a list of items for my car on Monday 28 Oct and the consultant said he'd get back to me but he never did. I did the same the following day in the morning and followed up at midday and just before COB but they kept saying, we'll get back to you. I then asked to speak to a manager (Francesca) and she assured me that they are working on it. The following day went by without no communication from them, I used their WhatsApp facility thinking that the sales rep would be thrilled to be making sales but I still have not received no feedback.
Today is Thursday and my leave from work is coming to an end, I was hoping to have fixed my car by now but Online car parts are *****ing me around. Is it the colour of my skin because nobody is taking me serious?

Firstly, did you follow up with consultants involved to make sure that my request is fulfilled? No.
You are quick to blame the bad service on the consultants but the managers have not done anything either, i spoke to Francesca and neither did she get back to me after calling her twice.
Prevash also promised that he will get back to me within minutes but now it's a week later and i still don't have my order just so you know..
i don't care anymore, i will buy elsewhere.
