Online car parts refund request

I bought brake pads for cherry j2 but found they not the correct ones for my car I returned them and was given a credit note which they deducted less 10%, I called requesting for a refund as this credit note is of no use to me but I still have gotten no response. I have been emailing and calling them but they sending me from pillar to post :-(
