Online car parts refund

I bought a wrong product after being advised by one their sales person and I was told to return the product at my own cost which I did. My order reached them on the 14th of December 2024 and to date 17th no refund, no communication. Agent called Lisa went as far as blocked me off WhatsApp because I am texting her to find out about my order. Even worse their landline number just rings and gets cut off. This by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced/received before. I want my money back so I can delete my profile with this company!
