Online Car Parts pathetic after sale services

On 25 February 2024 I orderd spares online,and never received it. I phoned 4 times,where they rep**** by saying I will receive it the next day,but still nothing. Then I bought from someone else, and requested a refund. Up to today 18 April 2024 and after many many calls,I still haven't received my refund. Their after sale service is pathetic to say the least.
