Online Car Parts offline service

Ordered a part on 23feb. They haven't informed me of any delays in obtaining the part. The part is the website says the part is in stock. I'm hoping to either get the part or my money back. They have now blacklisted my number and refuse to answer when I call them. Great service guys. You guys deserve an award and the part I bought was R4. 25 grand.
