Online Car Parts not refunding parts not supp**** by it.

I ordered and paid for various parts from the online shop. I only received some of the parts without any explanation or even an acknowledgement from its sales department that not all parts were not included in the delivery or that it might be on back-order. Wrote them an email to enquire about the problem, without any response, apart from an internal request by it for a copy of the order.
