Online car parts is dishonest stay away

They gave me a quote for a alternator and after i paid R3250 they let me know it is now R1200 more expensive. So i cancelled the order 2 weeks ago but cannot seem to get a refund for my R3250. Clara just promises but no payment gets made. Now they let me wait for hours on the line till i just leave it. People stay away from these people they are not a honest bussiness. Looks like i will have to make a theft case againts them and loose the money but not going to leave them alone
