Online car parts is a no go!
Ordered an engine part on their online platform ax per the engine codes, the part arrived 1 week later and was wrong, when I tried to return the part I was given a bad attitude by the sales staff and management... and on to of that they want to charge me a 20% handling fee... after kindly explaining that the fault was not on my part and I just need the matter resolved... they said either pay the 20% handling fee or take it up with their legal department....

Thank you for your review. The engine part supp**** was for a Nissan Oil Pump. We have many pictures on the site of that Oil Pump for that engine code.
In your case, there are two different oil pumps for your engine code.
You had the opportunity to match the oil pump and we, unfortunately, have to charge a re-stocking fee.
