**** online car parts

I've bought a rear engine mounting, only to be brought something different to what I've ordered or saw on their website. I did return the part out of my own pocket and was expecting to get a refund and mind you that was on the 7th of April 2022. Even now as I'm writing this review, I haven't got my refund and whenever I call their account ls department, I get a ****ty worst service, from holding for about 3 minutes to being transferred to another line that never gets answered or even if it does, I always get told "We're dealing with your case, we'll call you or whatsapp you". Today's the 12th of May and I didn't get any kind of feedback or my money. So Online car parts sucks, their service is the worst that you can possibly get. I don't recommend anyone from using them but hey, once bitten twice shy.
