Online Car Parts Complaint

My WORST online shopping nightmare. I paid for a part on 3 March and paid courier fees for overnight delivery. It's the 25 March and I still have not received it. I was referred to a "Sheldon" who initially chatted with me on WhatsApp and now reads my messages, but ignores me.

The female who answered the phone gave me a bogus WhatsApp number.

I thank God that I did not purchase a high value item which I thought better of
