Purchased a product in August.. They failed to deliver reason being they had no stock.. Required used a refund on the 12-08-2024 be told twice to wait 7-14 working days... We are no in the end of September. When I enquire I'm ignored and given excuses such as the company is has failed to pay their staff and cannot help me with my refund after processing the documents they requested for the refund
