Online car parts - BIG ****MERS!!

Big ****mers!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! Ordered a engine mounting on 23 July 2024 and they told me that it is out of stock after they received my money. Today is 17 Dec 2024 i haven't recieved my refund and when I call they hang up or no one is available to assist. I’ve probably called 10 times speaking to the finance lady about 4 out of the 10 times. She acts very suspiciously, as if she know the money won’t be paid back. I even got a date on which the refund would’ve been done, 14 Nov 2024 at 16:00 but that never happened. THIS ONLINE CAR PARTS company is failing. Whatch out.
