Online Car Parts, be very careful.

I have ordered parts on Monday 15 September 2025, paid R1190.00 with SID Payflex, on Tuesday I received an email from Zintle Mthethwa from Online Car Parts stating that all payments via SID is bouncing back to the customers accounts and it would take 3 to 5 days to reflect on my account, I could use one of their other payment methods to re-order my parts, I contacted Capitec today 17 September to enquire if the payment has been returned or waiting to clear and they confirmed that the payment has has gone through and there is no pending payments or pending refunds on my account. I have sent an email to Online Car Parts this morning to send me proof that the payment has been returned and they just do not reply.
