Online car parts are a ****

I have odder a sensor from online car parts week later till thise day never received my sensor or even a email only a proof of payment that was send via email

I have call them and spoke to a guy that told me they wil refund me and XOLISA are just bussy on a call she wil call me back 5 days later no call no email no refund

Send them WhatsApps and emails no response call them no response

I hade to go and buy a sensor for my client somewhere else

I have the proof of payment and the confirmation letter that I pay the sensor on the 6 of March 2026 today is the 18 if non refund are done I'm taking the matter to court and will sue for ****eges and lost of income for the days that I must waste to attend court
