Online car parts advertise products they dont have and they only refund after a month.

They advertised products they don't have and when they fail to deliver they will make you wait the whole month before they refund you. I purchased a CV joint on the 26th of February and they said the delivery time is less than 24 hours. I was told they dont have in stock and they will have to source it from the supplier. They wanted me to take out the old CV from the car and that would have taken a week before they can deliver after they collected a sample. I told them I can't have the car stripped for a week and also I use the car to travel to work. I then cancelled my order and asked for a refund. As at today i still havent received my refund. I was told it will take a month to be refunded. I would advise not to use this Online car parts services unless you have money idling and you can afford to have them keep your money for a month for the service they havent provided.
