Online Car Parts - absolute ****** .

Stay far away from this company . They advertise on their website that the part is in stock . You pay and then hear nothing , no confirmation email , no notification from a courier , you check the status online - it just says in process . They dont answer your email enquiries . Eventually when you get hold of them by phone ( after about 40 attempts ) they tell you it is not in stock . When you ask for a refund they push you from pillar to post , NEVER call you back , tell you to phone the accounts dept . - no answer EVER . 2 weeks have passed , no response whatsoever , and they still have my money . Absolutely shocking , shall never ever use them again - **** artists .
