One Month and counting - No parts delivered

I paid on the 2nd of April and have been waiting since. Worst service I have ever received. I have sent them numerous WhatsApp messages. I got a response by luck on Monday the 5th of May and was told they are waiting for stock from their supplier. Question is, how long do I have to wait?
