No service!

Ordered a part for my Audi A4 on 27 January 2025. Paid for the part as well as delivery via credit card. Payment went through. Today February 13. Still waiting. They never came back to me. They are ignoring my WhatsApp messages as well as emails. Order history says "Processing in progress". I would have given them no stars, but then I could not submit my review.
