No refund. Atrocious service!!!

I ordered a fuel filter on the 16th of April 2021. The sales consultant (Eva)said they had stock and I made a payment only to realise that the part she wanted to send me was wrong. They also didn't stock the filter I was looking for which I ended up ordering from the UK. I requested a refund on the 21st of April 2021 and I haven't received it yet. Customer service does not respond, the manager is always not available.
