No Delivery, No Response – Extremely Disappointed

I placed an order with Online Car Parts on 4 June and have yet to receive my parcel. Despite numerous calls, emails, and SMS messages, I have received no response or update. The lack of communication and failure to deliver as advertised is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service to others.
