No customer service

I have been begging them to cancel and refund my order for a week now since they don’t have the part that i Ordered..Their sales consultant Vanessa Chagadama says she doesn’t deal with online orders when i call the following day they telling me that Vanessa is the only one who deals with online orders…I asked them to cancel the order but instead she was very rude and said she doesn’t even see my emails when i respond yet i received her emails..They even went as far as blocking me on Facebook for complaining…Order at your own risk…They have zero customer service!
