Never using Onlinecarparts again.

I placed an order on the 14-02-25. Paid the order and chose the pickup at the branch in Randburg as it stated they have stock.

Just to arrive to hear no you have to wait again as they need to transfer it from the main warehouse- so needles to say i cancelled the order.

It's been 2 days now trying to get an answer out of anyone as I would like to follow up on my refund but kept being told to phone a number and ask to be redirected to "Accounts" but then their phone goes straight to voicemail and you can't leave a message as the inbox is full.

Is it such a big task to ask ? To have client feedback ?
