Never Use their Service

Bought part from them on 17 December 2021. Received the wrong parts, although they had the right part numbers. The parts was send back with their own courier unused. I immediately contacted the sales rep Nkosi. Since then I am struggling to get my money back. Speaking to their finance department is of no use. They never answer calls don't call back. The same can be said of the store manager.
