Negligence and very bad customer service

I purchased the car part and paid for it on Monday then arranged courier to collect it. When the courier arrived to collect there was no parcel as they have sold my car part to another customer. Now they have managed to get me another part and they arranged it to be delivered to me in KZN Ladysmith but it has not arrived. When i track the parcel it keeps on moving from Kleksdop to jhb and jhb to Kleksdrop. I am so disappointed
