Most unprofessional "online selling" company that I have ever dealt with!

No response on any of the contact details provided unless you start begging for a reply!

I ordered 2 of the same type of shock for a car and it took them 2 months just to eventually find the part I was looking for...Do know this took a lot of begging inbetween for them to eventually respond and send the items! They sent 1 correct and 1 totally incorrect part.....Then I had to pay from my own pocket to send the incorrect part back to them....and again I had to beg them to reply to advise if they received the item! It is now almost month 4 and after begging them again for answers they agreed to refund the incorrect item. After speaking to Naideen, who I thought actually knows what is going on....I receive a mail that I must choose another item instead! I want my money refunded! I got another company that actually took 3 days to get me the item I needed, shipped and in my hand! 4 months vs 3 days!!!! I expect my money to be refunded by ***********"onlinecarparts.co.za"!!!! including my shipping fees for their total unprofessional manner how this was dealt with. Seriously, never in my life......
