Mixed Experience, But Ultimately Satisfied

I placed an order with this company on 19 August 2026. About two weeks later, I contacted them for an update and was told they were waiting for stock. The reason I had ordered from them in the first place, however, was because their website indicated that everything I was looking for was in stock.

At that point, I started looking at some of the online reviews and to be honest, I was quite shocked by what I found. I immediately opened a ***** case while I still had the opportunity to do so. The very next day, my order was shipped.

There is no way the company could have known that I had opened a ***** case so quickly, but I almost wish I had given them the benefit of the doubt, because now I will never know whether my order was shipped because of the case or whether it would have been shipped anyway.

Two days later, my order arrived, but one of the items was missing. I contacted them and was told that they were still waiting for stock on that particular item. I wasn't sure why they had shipped the rest of the order separately, as I certainly wasn't going to pay for shipping again for a single item.

Fortunately, about a week later, the remaining item was shipped and I eventually received everything I had ordered. One of the items turned out to be incorrect, but this was not actually the company's fault. I later discovered that the unit fitted to my vehicle was aftermarket, which I was not aware of when placing the order.

So, in the end, I did receive all of the items I ordered.

I'm honestly not sure what is going on with this company or why some customers seem to have such serious issues receiving their orders. Based on my own experience, I do think there are areas where their processes could be improved and some staff may benefit from additional training.

That being said, I don't think they deserve a five-star rating based on my experience, but giving them one star would also be completely unreasonable. Despite the delays and the issues with the order, I ultimately received everything I paid for, and I would happily order from them again.

Overall, I'd say my experience was mixed, but ultimately positive.
