Mistake to order (again)

First, incorrect spark plugs were delivered. I asked for a refund after sourcing correct plugs elsewhere. Instead they collected and delivered the correct plugs. Now I have two sets. Second, I forgot about that experience and made a mistake to use them again, 9 March Order TWORJKBTB. 10 March: Status is "Processing" and I am still waiting on 1 August. 10 April: WhatsApp'ed +***6.
