Liers & terrible service

<p>I have complianed more than once, I was ignored & sent from pillar to post. It is totally unaccaptable, now I am left hanging. I was promised that this is being followed up but no feedback recieved. According to the return policy I an return the parts, I agrred to the handling fee but stil left with these parts. I am tired of the empty promises, pls collect these parts & refund my money. Returns If the buyer has purchased the incorrect part and is returning the part, shipping costs are for the buyers account. Incorrect purchases must be unused and in original packaging so that Online Car Parts may be able to resell the goods. If the goods show any sign of use / grease / debri and cannot be reasonably resold, the buyer will not receive a credit and will be asked to pick up goods from Online Car Parts or pay shipping costs for the goods to be returned.
