kept me updated on out of stock product

So i have been to Online car parts shop looking for a cylinder head. l been looking around other spare shops and they too did nt have stock but then l spoke to Keegan promising to let me know as soon as they get stock, this happened 3 weeks ago if im not mistaken and he phoned me a week later to advise that they havent receive stock but also said as soon as they do i will be the first one to know, so for me knowing the industry we are in we tend to treat customer like they doing us a favour by walking into their our environment. At first i thought he is one of them who just say they will do something just for you to get out of the way but for Keegan it was a different experience because this morning i received a phone call from him inviting me to the shop to come and buy the cylinder head because his stock has arrived. I collected it and now its by the mechanic to fit it. This was a pleasing experience we really do need people like him in the retail bussiness, i must say i am COMPLETLY SATISFIED!!!
