I requested a refund from my November purchased until today, they have not paid my refund

I requested a refund from my November purchased until today, they have not paid my refund. The lady who I was dealing with has left the company and all they are interested is to make more sales. They keep on asking for others I have place last year even after I have told them I have cancelled those orders, since the items were out of stock.
