I ordered a part for a VW Polo mk4 9n

I ordered a part for a VW Polo mk4 9n. A fuel temperature sensor. The date the order was placed was 27 March 2025. Later that same day a consutant called me and confirmed my order and requested a payment, upon which I informed her that the order was already paid for via EFT. Rude she said ok. Still till today the package hasn't been shipped even on the website the order status states "PAYMENT RECIEVED" When I call the number on the website someone answers and diverts me to a extension that is not available. In short, I have paid for shipping and the part a total of R520-00 and I have recieved not even a hint of propper customer service or product paid for.
