I got the correct part 3 days after ordering

I ordered a part that was only available from them in the whole SA. After my payment went through the courier cost did not show up on the invoice and it said to be collected. I am not close to them and immediately sent a WhatsApp. There was no reply. The next day I googled and saw only bad reviews so I got scared and phoned the bank. They said the transaction can't be canceled before 30 days passed. It I don't get the part within 21 days I should contact them again. I sent a WhatsApp again saying that I phoned the bank, etc. Then I got a reply for the support number and they kept me updated on the courier with the tracking number. They use the best courier service, so I got it 2 days later. The correct part I ordered and everything is fine. Not sure if the bad reviews are just to scare us, but in my experience I got what I purchased and quickly too.
