Horrid shockingly bad service.

Absolutely horrid service. I thought i would give them another chance as the previous time i ordered from them it took weeks to even just get a reply, same thing again, ive started spamming their email to just get a reply from them as to when i will be receiving my order that i placed last year. Never again.
