HELP!!!

I have posted a review on 4 Oct and had no response. I have ordered goods on 17 Sept 2025 and paid for it. Received NO product and they refuse to refund me. What can be done? I cannot understand why they get away with this. Please HELP! Police or e-TV or someone. They are *****ing our money!!!
