Had to go the Court to get my money back

I bought an item at their shop, received the incorrect item after I made it clear what I required, returned it, they took it back signed for it ad promised to refund me which is strange as you would have thought they would refund you straight away. Anyway they never refunded me so I had to get a judgement for them to repay the money. Be very careful !!
