Getting a hard to find water pump

My fiance and I needed water pump for our Hummer H3, we went to our nearest spare shop in Randburg which is online car parts to only find out the water pump we are looking for is hard to find and wasn’t in stock. The manager, Pravesh saw the sadness on our faces and told us to contact him after a week or so. A week and three days after the initial chat with Pravesh he called and informed they got the water pump ready for us to collect. I didn't think service like this still existed in SA but online car parts proved me so wrong. i Will also be sure to tell friends and family to purchase from them in future! Thank you!
