First and Last Time!

I recently purchased a Ford Bantam Water Pump from Onlinecarparts's website. While the online product image appeared superior to other options, I was extremely disappointed upon receiving the part.

The delivered water pump did not match the advertised product and arrived damaged. I promptly contacted Onlinecarparts via both WhatsApp and email to report the discrepancy.

Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was far from ideal. Onlinecarparts seemed to avoid responsibility for the damaged product, blaming the courier company (initially confused between The Courier Guy and Aramex) despite the undamaged packaging.

Adding to my frustration, the phone call I made resulted in an unacceptable level of communication. A representative named Lubalihle emailed Aramex requesting a refund or replacement, but I received no updates on the progress despite my inquiries.

It's important to note that Onlinecarparts's advertised "Online Customer Satisfaction Statement" seems entirely inaccurate based on my experience.

The total cost, including courier charges, amounted to R724.99. Disappointingly, I later found the exact same part available locally for R250.

As a first-time customer, I am thoroughly discouraged and will not be returning to Onlinecarparts.
