Feeling ****med

On the 14 August 2026 I ordered 12 cam followers for my Audi A4 and paid R1205 for the order. On the 18th August 2026 I followed up but only receive empty promises. On the 21st August I again followed up and was promised that the courier company will collect the parcel on that 21st August. Two hours later I got an email stating that my order had been shipped but no mention of tracking number and courier company name ( traceability impossible) . I cannot track my parcel. This business need to be reported to the DTI and closed down permanently. I am very disappointed in their service and I never experienced such nonsense when buying online. It is a first to me.
