False advertising

I emailed them regards to a querie before purchasing after they got back to me they never follow up to confirm and I had to keep on emailing and calling it took a week to get the part model and price confirmed with the sales person and then there advertised price incl tax with free delivery was R5043 on there online store but in reality it's R7000
